The Coordination of Plant areas are extremely important, here at Future BIM we take the stage 2 Schematics and Layouts and model up the systems using the correct tech sub approved families in Revit to ensure our clients have accurate installation drawings at all times. Using App based technology our clients can also view the 3D Model to ensure the site teams are clear on the scope of the install.

Embracing Technology to Streamline your M&E Installation Projects
Time and time again we gear the same old stories and scenarios of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors struggling with spatial Coordination during installation, or the lack of accurate Record information on an existing building. Here at Future BIM we are the turnkey solution for such scenarios specialising in capturing the Existing Building, Structure and MEP Services using the latest Faro Point cloud Scanning Technology and modelling in Revit the key elements required for sufficient Coordination of a new Design. Using this workflow we do not need to rely on 3rd hand inaccurate Record information and eliminate the need for multiple trips to site to measure up.
Modelling the new design in BIM ready Revit then allows us to accurately assess if the specified equipment actually fits within the ceiling voids and areas required, then allows our Coordination team to highlight any design issues very early on to our clients, saving them wasted labour and costs trying to install a design that simply does not work with the existing structure or existing services that may not have been captured during the early design process.
